Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a skilled Recruiter with experience in the GovCon industry. The candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruiting of mostly technical positions. In this capacity, you will be responsible for recruiting highly skilled candidates with clearances up to TS/SCI with poly for proposals and active positions.

Duties/ Responsibilities



  • Sourcing cleared, technical talent using a multi-channel approach, including job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Manage all communication with candidates from point of application until onboard
  • Schedule all stages of interview process with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in the ATS up to date
  • Negotiate salaries
  • Extend offer letters
  • Working closely with Business Development team to assist in sourcing for new opportunities



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Ability to manage high volume, competing priorities including multiple job postings simultaneously, often at different stages
  • Ability to consult with hiring managers to clarify requirements, priorities, and job details
  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
  • Communication skills necessary to best-represent our company to all levels of candidates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting executive-level communications.
  • Skill in pre-screening candidates for clearance eligibility and risk factors
  • Strong attention to compliance, documentation, and ATS accuracy
  • Skill in salary negotiations within government contract constraints
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates for a wide variety of technical roles and ability to articulate tools and methods used



Nice to Have Skills:




  • Experience with ATS system evaluation/implementations
  • Experience writing and editing job postings/descriptions
  • Experience with ATS reporting



Education and Experience:



  • 2-3 years recruiting experience
  • GovCon experience
