We have an opportunity for an IM B15/CNC Operator 1st to join our Sanford NC team. You will operate molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic parts while following safety standards, quality requirements, and proper tool usage. You'll work with us to assemble products, perform 5S duties, and rotate workstations every four hours to support efficiency and teamwork.

You will:

• Safety Conscious
• Aware of correct tools and use
• Ability to assemble a product.
• Knowledge of required quality
• Performing 5S duties.
• Rotating every 4 hours.
• Must be an active Team Member
• B15 Machine Operator

Key Qualifications:

• Assembly/machine experience
• Basic math skills

Shift Hours: On-site, MON-FRI 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., plus OT and weekends when needed.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay will be from $17.00 per hour. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
