ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Intelligence Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of data insights that drive informed business decisions across the organization, with a primary focus on Human Resources and People Analytics. This role transforms workforce and operational data into actionable insights that influence enterprise strategy, performance, and planning-not just people-related decisions. The position serves as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business leadership, ensuring data is trusted, scalable, and aligned with broader business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
