Job Description
ECU Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology is currently seeking an Undergraduate Lab Assistant. The student will assist with general lab duties associated with our work, including animal dosing and husbandry, data collection, data analysis, and write-up of research results.
The employee will assist in:

  • Keeping the lab clean and organized
  • Observe, collect, and record a variety of data
  • Provide routine care, maintenance, and/or animal husbandry
  • Conduct experiments within a lab setting.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Basic knowledge, skills, and general understanding to perform standard duties related to the research.
  • Knowledge of using equipment and instrumentation
