Position Overview This is a *heavy email and case resolution-focused customer service role* (not a high call-volume position). The Customer Service Representative will support Account Managers who oversee fleet customers and will act as a key resource for drivers by resolving service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
This role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to research and problem-solve independently. Key Responsibilities * Respond to a high volume of customer *emails and cases* using Salesforce * Assist drivers with customer service issues (e.g., vehicle impound situations, service questions) * Research issues thoroughly to identify accurate solutions-thinking outside the box when needed * Educate drivers on services and help prevent recurring issues * Communicate frequently with internal departments using Microsoft Teams * Make outbound follow-up calls to customers when necessary * Multitask efficiently while entering customer data during live interactions * Use internal systems to: * Create vehicle selectors * Process billing changes * Generate reports * Distribute insurance cards * Update driver and vehicle data * Contact drivers via phone or email to collect missing or incomplete information Required Qualifications *Must Have:* * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience * Strong written and email communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems and monitors * Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel - basic data entry, copy/paste) * Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn more * Strong typing skills (*40 WPM minimum; typing test required*) * High School Diploma or equivalent *Preferred:* * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems Work Environment * Business casual office setting * 100% onsite in the Schaumburg office (no remote flexibility) * Monday-Friday schedule with: * 1-hour unpaid lunch * Two 15-minute breaks What's In It For You * Stable, growing organization * Strong opportunity to convert to a permanent role * Potential contract duration of 6-12 months * Overtime opportunities available * Brand-new office featuring: * Ping pong tables * Golf simulator * Gym membership with workout classes and sauna *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
