Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, support security-related protocols, and provide outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit activity, and assisting with security-related concerns at the location.
• Verify credentials, process visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, noting unusual conditions, access point issues, and other security-related observations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate activity logs, documenting incidents, and following post orders and client-directed protocols for industrial and manufacturing environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
