Overview The Digital Experience Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's digital presence. This role oversees website management, UX/UI design, product information systems, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing initiatives-including content planning, social media, paid advertising, and CMS operations-to deliver a seamless, engaging, and high-performing brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Organizational Relationship
The Digital Experience Manager reports to the Director of Brand Development. Maintains close contact with the marketing team and outside vendors on the planning and execution of digital needs. Works with the ecommerce, product development and sales teams in the planning, development and execution of digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Digital Experience
- Oversee the strategy, functionality, and continuous improvement of all company websites.
- Maintain site architecture, navigation, and content accuracy while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage the CMS (HubSpot) to ensure efficient content updates, landing page creation, and site-wide consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new features, enhancements, and design updates.
UX/UI Design
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs that elevate usability and engagement.
- Conduct user testing and apply insights to refine site functionality and overall experience.
- Ensure all digital experiences meet modern design standards and accessibility guidelines.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations.
- Monitor site performance, page speed, and search rankings, implementing improvements as needed.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to drive organic traffic growth.
Product Information Management (PIM)
- Work with the PIM Administrator to ensure accurate, complete, and optimized product data across digital channels.
- Partners with merchandising, product development, and marketing teams to maintain data integrity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics using analytics and heatmapping tools.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business goals.
- Present regular performance reports to leadership.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage the digital content calendar across web, email, and social platforms.
- Help develop social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (search, social, display, retargeting) to support traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Ensure all digital marketing aligns with brand standards and supports broader marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team, e-commerce, IT, digital agencies and product teams to support digital initiatives.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for digital best practices, emerging trends, and platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, web design, communications, or related field.
- 4-8+ years of experience in digital experience, website management, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of PIM systems, analytics tools, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills.
