We are seeking a strategic, creative, and technically proficient Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive engagement across our website and email channels. In this role, you will own the full digital experience-from crafting compelling website narratives to optimizing user journeys, managing technical updates, analyzing performance, and executing email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Website Storytelling & Content Strategy

* Develop and maintain a cohesive brand narrative across the website.

* Create, edit, and optimize website content to enhance clarity, engagement, and conversion.

* Collaborate with design, product, and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.

* Identify opportunities for new stories, content formats, and web experiences.

Website User Journey Optimization

* Map, analyze, and continuously improve user journeys with a focus on conversion, usability, and engagement.

* Conduct A/B tests, analyze behavioral data, and recommend improvements across funnels.

* Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, customer-centric experiences.

* Monitor website performance metrics and propose enhancements to boost overall effectiveness.

Website Analytics

* Own website analytics setup, reporting, and insights using tools such as GA4 and other tracking platforms.

* Define and track KPIs related to traffic, engagement, conversion, and content performance.

* Provide regular dashboards and insights to stakeholders, informing strategy and priorities.

* Use data to inform A/B tests, UX improvements, content decisions, and marketing campaigns.

Website Technical Management

* Oversee ongoing website maintenance, updates, and improvements in collaboration with developers or external agencies.

* Ensure website functionality, security, and performance follow best practices.

* Manage integrations, tagging, analytics configuration, and other technical marketing tools.

* Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.

Email Marketing

* Own the strategy and execution of email campaigns, including newsletters, automated journeys, and targeted segmentation.

* Develop high-impact content that aligns with business priorities and audience needs.

* Monitor deliverability, list quality, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.

* Run A/B tests and leverage insights to refine messaging, design, and timing.

Qualifications



  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, web production, or creative project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or a high-growth in-house brand team.
  • Strategic Narrative & Content Mastery: Experience developing cohesive brand stories and managing end-to-end content lifecycles that align with specific business goals and visual identities.
  • Expert-Level Analytics (GA4): Demonstrated ability to go beyond basic reporting; they must be able to set up tracking, build custom dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable UX or content improvements.
  • Technical Website Management: Hands-on experience managing a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and a solid understanding of web performance, security, and coordinating with developers for technical updates.
  • Advanced Email Marketing Strategy: Deep knowledge of email service providers (ESPs) and experience building complex automated journeys, advanced segmentation, and deliverability optimization.
  • UX/UI and Conversion Optimization (CRO): Experience mapping user journeys and conducting A/B tests to reduce friction and boost conversion rates across digital funnels.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to act as the "connective tissue" between design, product, and technical teams, translating creative vision into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A portfolio that proves they can use behavioral data and KPIs to justify strategic pivots and prove ROI to stakeholders.
