Description and Requirements The Senior Manager, Global Partner Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategic partner marketing initiatives that drive joint growth, maximize partner investment, and accelerate Lenovo's Services and Solutions across priority markets. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for building and managing high-impact alliances with key partners translating shared business priorities into scalable, joint go-to-market programs. They will lead the planning and optimization of partner-funded marketing investments (MDF) to drive measurable pipeline, demand generation, and ROI. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to align global marketing, sales, and offering teams around partner initiatives and ensure consistent execution across geographies. Additionally, the candidate will track performance, deliver insights, and continuously refine partner marketing strategies to improve effectiveness and scalability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
