We are hiring an Analyst II Gas Account who will be responsible for business growth through the expansion of business opportunities for Enbridge Gas Ohio. The Analyst II Gas Account will serve as the primary contact for EGO's new residential, small, and medium industrial and commercial customers, builders, and developers. In addition, they will also serve as the primary department contact for interdepartmental communications and activities.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage the department's customer information databases and all project coordination and tracking in Enbridge Gas Ohio's systems.

  • Ensure accurate project cost forecasting.

  • Prepare cost analyses, project quotes, letters, and agreements based on regulatory and company requirements, and presents them to customers.

  • Coordinate to successfully meet company and customer requirements and deadlines.

  • Create an excellent internal and external customer experience. Offers prompt resolution for open items and challenges.

  • Prioritize safety in all activities.

  • Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships and communication channels with internal and external customers and business partners.

  • Meet or exceed compliance deadlines, assigned goals and expectations.

  • Coordinate the design, planning and construction of residential, commercial, and light industrial main line extension and service line projects.

  • Manage multiple-level professional interactions with internal and external customers and business partners in a prompt manner.

  • Use appropriate sales and problem-solving practices to gain acceptance from customers and business partners.

  • Communicate vital information effectively to supervisor and appropriate organizational units; increase customer and business partner satisfaction.

Who You Are:
  • A related Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in project management, project coordination, customer service, or a related field; OR a related Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.

  • A basic understanding of distribution, gathering, and transmission natural gas system operations.

  • A basic understanding of the key processes that drive gas measurement and regulation, system planning customer service, cost forecasting, and pipeline design.

  • Interpersonal communication and listening skills required to influence and motivate internal and external customers.

  • A basic understanding of competitive intelligence including energy and business strategies and ability to develop counter strategies.

  • Experience in project analysis, planning, decision making, coordination, and implementation.

  • Knowledge of general business operations and financial processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Strong communication, analytical, organization, problem solving and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work with diverse groups and individual personalities.

  • Provide high level of internal and external customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Successfully manage multiple activities, resources, and time.

  • Ensure business activities are conducted ethically and within Legal and Regulatory guidelines.

Working Conditions :
  • Typical office environment with up to 50% domestic travel.

Salary Ranges:
  • $70,000.00- $80,000.00 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.

  • Company paid international relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Physical Requirements:
