The Manager, Co2 Pipeline Operations & Integration is a critical leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of Co2 pipeline assets within the LP U.S. Gulf Coast Transmission Region. This role has full accountability for regional operations, asset integrity, budgets, and personnel, while serving as a key interface with regulators, emergency responders, government officials, and community stakeholders. The position requires deep operating discipline and the ability to lead through change in a highly regulated, safetysensitive environment. In addition to regional operations leadership, this role serves as the single point of accountability for operational due diligence and integration of greenfield and brownfield growth projects, including acquisitions, expansions, and ESGrelated developments. What you will do:
Provide overall leadership and accountability for CO2 pipeline operations, maintenance, and technical teams, ensuring assets are operated safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory and environmental requirements. Manage capital and operating budgets for the region, including forecasting, expenditure approvals, variance explanations, and delivery of financial objectives aligned with company targets. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with emergency responders, regulators, government officials, and local stakeholders; support and lead emergency response education, preparedness, and execution. Lead LP Operations due diligence for acquisitions and growth projects, including operational risk assessments, financial model inputs, integration budgets, risk matrix development, and preparation of due diligence reports highlighting material risks and valuecreation opportunities. Serve as Operations Integration Lead for acquisitions, expansions, and new ESG projects (e.g., carbon capture and ammonia), driving Day 1 readiness, staffing and competency planning, supply chain continuity, spare parts strategy, and longterm operational reliability. Partner closely with Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and the Transaction Management Office to support expansion opportunities, integration governance, transition planning, and execution against integration milestones. Champion a strong safety culture, open communication, integrity, and employee development through coaching and mentorship, ensuring teams are trained, capable, and aligned with company values and objectives.
What you have:
Related university degree and eight-plus years' experience OR ten-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience. Experience operating or maintaining Co2 pipelines Proven ability to perform associated tasks, deliver results, and lead without direct authority. Familiar with operational and maintenance practices. Familiar with regional support and centralized functions. Self-motivated, proven effective leadership and communication skills Relationship building skills with employees, peers, public officials, and internal and external stakeholders.

Working Conditions:
Office environment. Occasional travel to field locations across the U.S. Gulf Coast and office locations within North America. Position requires pragmatic decision making under intense conditions. Position requires calm and thoughtful leadership to resolve issues, achieve results within schedule constraints. Frequently respond on short notice to deadlines for ad-hoc type requests and business initiatives. Time commitments may occasionally extend beyond normal working hours. This role will require being on-call (24/7) to respond to emergencies and/or maintenance needs of the site (pre-determined, scheduled basis).
The successful candidate will undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to a 5-year driving record, criminal check, a company sponsored medical and drug testing. Physical Requirements: Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
