As a Sr. Process Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will evaluate new requirements, develop, and manage new FAB processes to support new business opportunities and initiatives for OEM, Component & Fab Services. You will work closely with customers to understand their Device and Process requirements to design a Robust and Manufacture-able Process.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Introduce new technologies and processes as required to meet customers' technical and volume requirements.
  • Further develop and improve internal FAB process capabilities, to better serve the Fab's current customer base (Internal and external customers).
  • Help achieve profitability and growth targets as set by the division.


Requirements:



  • Requires knowledge of RF/Microwave and Semiconductor manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Wide experience and knowledge in semiconductor and MEM device fabrication processes is needed for this position. Candidate should have prior experience developing processes for various types of thin film devices like Photodiodes, Sensors, MMICs, and other complicated passives sub mounts etc.
  • Understanding of customer's technical requirements
  • Business oriented mindset that can create new opportunities and collaborate well with customers
  • High motivation to grow this area and part of the organization into a more impactful part of the overall Anritsu business.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
