Summary of the Job: About This Role: Key Accountabilities: Portfolio Management: Responsible for individually managed accounts, including fixed income securities, equities and alternatives. This includes monitoring asset allocation and implementing trades as needed.
Customer Goals and Initiatives: Deliver exceptional client experience and demonstrate expertise as Trusted Advisor.
New Business Development: Represent investment team in new business activities.
Investment Research: Actively participate in the investment process and portfolio management decisions
Leadership: Communicate investment expertise in the community and serve as a mentor for the portfolio management team.
Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Minimum Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in investment or wealth management. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. CFA and CFP designation. Strong understanding of capital markets, global economy and asset allocation. Demonstrated expertise in a major asset class: Equities, fixed income, alternatives. Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to clients and advisors. Proven success in portfolio management with client-facing responsibilities. Desired: Master of Business Administration or Finance. Knowledge of Bloomberg, Moxy and Advent Systems. Experience with servicing high net worth individuals and institutions. Salary Range: $158,696.00 - $269,783.00 USD Annual Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $158,696.00-$269,783.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
