Job # IT26012 Job Title IT ERP Program Manager Office Location Roanoke, VA preferred Business/Department Information Technology Sales Territory, if applicable General Role Description Manage multiple inter-dependent software deployment projects. Role Accountabilities - Ensure completion of assigned programs within the defined scope, quality, time, and budget - Coordinate, schedule, and communicate plans and ensure the execution of projects within the programs - Ensure accurate allocation of resources throughout the program - Ensure validity and execution of test plans and change promotion procedures - Conduct needs analysis and formulate options for procurement of internal resources and third party services - Prioritize change requests and requests for new functionality - Determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions - Ensure the information provided for the IT Reference Architecture and the IT Services Catalog is accurate and complete - Use recognized expertise in tools, IT practices, technology, design standards, and industry best practices to improve overall project quality and IT productivity by proactively sharing this knowledge with associates - Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work - Design, implement, test, deploy and document system configurations, as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, leading a team as necessary - Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions - Ensure developed software integrates successfully with existing system configurations - Resolve internal and/or external client issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel - Plan and execute productivity enhancements or product deployment projects up to 18 months in duration General Employee Accountabilities - Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager - Give manager best advice - Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified - Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager - Exemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment - Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws - Recommend viable improvements proactively - Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes Job # IT26012 Job Title IT ERP Program Manager Office Location Roanoke, VA preferred Business/Department Information Technology Sales Territory, if applicable General Role Description Manage multiple inter-dependent software deployment projects.
