Park Nicollet is looking to hire a System Director - Radiology Hospital Imaging Services to join our team! Position Summary: The System Director - Radiology Hospital Imaging Services provides enterprise leadership for hospital-based imaging across HealthPartners, including inpatient, emergency, procedural, and interventional services. This role is responsible for ensuring high-reliability operations, exceptional patient care, and strong financial performance across eight hospitals, while advancing system priorities related to access, quality, and growth. Working in close partnership with radiology physician leadership, hospital executives, and the Director of Ambulatory Imaging Operations, the Director leads strategy, standardizes operations, and drives innovation to optimize imaging services across the continuum of care. This leader oversees operational performance, workforce strategy, and capital planning across modalities including general radiology, MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, PET, ultrasound, and interventional radiology. The Director is accountable for developing high-performing teams, strengthening clinical and operational integration, and leveraging data to improve patient outcomes, experience, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, outcomes-oriented healthcare leader with strong financial and operational expertise, a track record of leading complex teams, and the ability to partner effectively with physicians and system leaders to advance care excellence. Leadership Responsibility: Directs all hospital-based radiology and imaging operations across 8 sites. Inclusive of technological and business functions. Responsible for over $105M in annual expense budget and in excess of 415 FTEs. Direct reports include Radiology department managers. Those supervised are usually multi-disciplined exempt staff with varying levels of education and skills and knowledge.
