What You'll Do:

As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the hotel-driving performance, cultivating culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will:



  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team across all departments
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market positioning through strategic planning and execution
  • Ensure operational excellence across product quality, service delivery, and brand standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders
  • Act as the face of the hotel-both internally and in the local market


What you Bring:



  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full-service hotel environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and elevate performance
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in lifestyle or independent hotel environments is highly valued


Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive and comprehensive package designed to reward and support you:



  • Base Salary: $160,000 - $170,000/annually
  • Operational Incentive Bonus Plan
