We are looking for an experienced Program Capacity Lead to join our team and manage supplier capacity constraints across multiple Stellantis Assembly Plants. This key leadership role involves working closely with suppliers, Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, and other Supply Chain Management teams to ensure optimal capacity planning. You will drive the resolution of capacity issues, ensuring we are prepared for both short-term and long-term production needs. The Program Capacity Lead will lead a small team of analysts focused on capacity management, balancing the demands of program changes and product planning, while minimizing inefficiencies.
