About the role Make timely, accurate, and customer-focused decisions regarding Short-Term Disability, Statutory Disability Insurance, or Absence Management claims. Actively get in touch with clinical, vocational, employer, financial, and other internal and external sources for relevant information. Review this data against the applicable contracts and procedural documents. Analyze findings and involve peers and management as appropriate. Communicate effectively through both spoken and written methods. Employ the claim system with detailed and precise information. Keep performance meeting or exceeding departmental metrics. Compensation Hourly Range: $22.38 - $37.32 plus eligibility for annual bonus program. Who You Are
