Your role

As a Project Engineer, your mission is to support the Project Manager by serving as a technical resource throughout the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to assess customer requirements, develop innovative global solutions, and support efficient, scalable execution.This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain accurate Final System Bills of Materials (BOMs). You will coordinate with the Engineering team to manage design requests and new part creation, and partner with the Production Supervisor to ensure projects are executed accurately and in compliance with quality standards that drive high levels of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Operations Manager, ADH.

You will





    • Configure final system BOM
    • Interface with Engineering departments on Engineering Requests and new product developments
    • Coordinate creation of system layouts and documentation packages
    • Support production personnel during project build phase
    • Create and maintain spare and wear parts list


    • Identify Technical Risks associated with projects.
    • Perform on-site field checks of existing equipment when required.
    • Support field installation technicians when required
    • Monitor and work within project budgets and deadlines.
    • Ensure products comply with customer specifications, federal, and state regulations.
    • Assist Sales, Proposal Department and product companies with the development of new products, concepts or cost-related issues.
    • Other duties, as assigned

  • Minimum 3+ years engineering experience including Bill of Material Creation or relevant Adhesive Dispensing Experience
  • Knowledge of General Industry & Motor Vehicle Industry segments a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (BSME or BSEE) from an accredited four year college or university or relevant Adhesive Dispensing Experience
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational communication skills plus strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, and have the ability to chair meetings
  • Ability to work with advanced mathematical concepts, and have a high level of analytical ability
  • Ability to technically define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in New Hudson, United States (US).
