What You Will Do: The Customer Service Representative provides the necessary customer service support to both customers and sales representatives for aftermarket sales. This includes but is not limited to quoting aftermarket spare parts and reviewing and entering aftermarket spare parts orders. This is a great opportunity to learn about and develop expertise in this product line by working directly with customers, products, and pricing. Key responsibilities will include:
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit, stand, and walk within both office and production floor environments. - Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. - Visual acuity for screens and documents. - Ability to wear PPE on the shop floor. - Frequent use of hands for typing and document handling.
