Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety. The Guest Services Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and ensures smooth day-to-day operations in three key areas: the hospital information desk, volunteer services and the gift shop. Assists patients and visitors with directions and information, manages communication, and oversees retail operations such as inventory control, ordering, display and sales. Establishes and maintains relationships throughout the community in an effort to grow and develop the volunteer program at Hillcrest Hospital South. Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of volunteers throughout the hospital. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Professional demeanor, adaptability and strong customer service. Preferred Job Requirements: Retail knowledge including inventory management and cash handling. Knowledge of volunteer services.
