Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing Business Partner leads national marketing efforts for Vaco by Highspring, ensuring strategies are effectively executed at regional and local levels. Acting as the primary marketing partner to Vaco stakeholders, regional leaders, and field marketers, this role drives scalable, repeatable, and locally relevant campaigns, events, and activities aligned with enterprise and Business Unit objectives.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Business Partner is responsible for building partnership and gathering field insights, creating a feedback loop that informs enterprise and Business Unit marketing strategies. A significant focus is on event strategy and management, equipping Vaco offices to deliver high-quality events that drive engagement, reinforce the enterprise narrative, and support growth.

Business Unit Marketing Strategy



  • Act asprimarypoint of contact for Vaco and communicate marketing updates across Vaco leadership and field.
  • Develop and evolve Vaco's overarching marketing strategy to drive business priorities,aligning marketing efforts to local goals whilemaintainingenterprise consistency.
  • Establish clear feedback loops to share sales insights from leadership and the field with the marketing team.
  • Prioritize, manage, and right-size marketing requests to ensure alignment with strategic businessobjectives.
  • Identifyopportunities to pilot, refine, and replicate high-performingmarketing activitiesacross the field.


Scalable Local Activation & Enablement



  • Manage a growing team of regional field marketers, with a focus on development and career pathing across marketing
  • Create scalable processes forlocal adoption of marketing efforts, includingcampaign updates, enablement materials,playbooks, marketingprogramsand more.
  • Partner closely with the global events team to support the delivery oflocal events, brainstorm new event strategies, and deploystandardizedevents acrossVaco offices.
  • Create andmaintainfield-ready toolkits, including campaign plans, marketing calendars, playbooks, sales enablementkitsand activation guides.
  • Ensurefieldteam alignment with enterprise brand standards, messaging, and go-to-market priorities.
  • In partnership with marketing,identifyopportunities to create standardized templates and frameworks(e.g.Canva assets, ads, invites, agendas, playbooks) to enable efficient local execution without sacrificing quality.


Field Insights & Feedback Loop



  • Serve asstrategicpartner andmarketingadvisor to field leaders-building trust, gathering insights, andaligning marketing efforts to achieve their business goals.
  • Establish a consistent, structured mechanism for collectingand sharingfield insights: sales trends, competitor activity, client feedback, and campaign results.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop sales enablement tools for local teams (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks).
  • Review field requests to ensureoverallobjectiveand business needs are met.


Your Experience



  • 6-10+ years in marketing, field marketing, marketing partnerships, or sales enablement roles; professional services or multi-location business experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with regional or field teams in a decentralized organization.
  • Experience leading small to mid-size teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (events, content, email, social, digital).
  • Excellent project management skills; highly organized anddetail-oriented.
  • Proficiencyin marketing tools such as CRM, CMS, Canva, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
