Location: 355 North 5th Street Indiana, Pa 15701 or: 7660 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15239 Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: The Retail Mortgage Business Analyst helps optimize the mortgage lending process, minimize risk and ensure compliance while aiming to improve the overall customer experience. Their work can have a significant impact on the profitability and success of a mortgage business. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for Retail Mortgage Operations department. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training or two-year degree. Experience: Two to five years general experience required, and two to five years specialized mortgage experience preferred. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 70% of the day. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for both typing and filing on frequent basis up to 70% of the business day. Must be able to focus visually at a close distance of 18"-20" for a period of up to 70% of the business day.
