New Product Introduction Analyst

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth transition to operations of products to meet customer's requirements

• Leverage expertise to identify and prevent potential:

  • Scale up issues

  • Raw material issues

  • Production bottlenecks

• Develop systems to facilitate the transfer from bench to production which drives and implements continuous improvement to the NPI Process

• Responsible for the communication of supply and process information to and from Global Procurement, Operations, Creative and Commercial

• Accountable for the development and implementation of material supply plans that meet the needs of the business.

• Identify and resolve potential high profile scale up issues using SAP analytical tools.

• Present monthly NA NPI metrics reports that demonstrating trends and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Essential: Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, excellent analytical skills, extensive spreadsheet and database experience, excellent communications and inter-personal skills, ability to work independently and run projects, a self-starter.

Preferred: Exposure to supply chain projects with a global scope, project management skills, solid working knowledge of SAP and IFFMan /INNOVERSE.
