ORR Protection is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand. This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and evolving ORR's visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
This individual will serve as the steward of brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in all design work. The ideal candidate brings a strong design perspective, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Brand & Visual Identity Leadership
- Define, develop, and maintain ORR's visual identity and brand standards
- Ensure consistency across all marketing, sales, and corporate materials
- Establish design systems, templates, and guidelines for enterprise-wide use
- Serve as the final quality control checkpoint for all branded materials
- Strategic Design Execution
- Conceptualize and design high-impact materials including presentations, campaigns, digital assets, and print collateral
- Design and deliver assets across print, digital, and web channels, ensuring consistency and performance across all formats
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to bring strategic initiatives to life visually
- Translate technical and complex concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling
- Template & System Development
- Create scalable templates for presentations, proposals, case studies, and campaigns
- Build repeatable design frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Continuously refine and evolve templates based on business needs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives and deliver effective design solutions
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support and mentor junior/production design resources
- Environmental & Experiential Design
- Lead the design and execution of physical brand assets including trade show booths, event materials, signage, facility branding, and fleet graphics
- Ensure consistency of brand standards across physical environments and real-world applications
- Partner with marketing, operations, and external vendors to bring branded experiences to life
- Oversee production quality and vendor outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and high-quality design work
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and design for Microsoft Ecosystem (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.) and Salesforce Campaign Tools (Pardot)
- Deep understanding of designing across print, digital, and web environments, including responsive considerations and production standards
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hybrid
- Primarily office-based role with extended periods of computer work
- Occasional travel, less than 25% of the time.
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate office materials as needed
