We are seeking an associate-level candidate to join our Global Business Support team who demonstrates the ability to think critically, exhibit sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:



  • Maintain current systems and processes to ensure optimal client service
  • Project manage deliverables for the Shareholder Services organization

Shareholder Services:

The Global Business Support team ensures:



  • Continuous operation of systems and processes
  • Identification of system improvements and enhancements
  • Effective communication with technology and internal/external stakeholders


HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Time Allocation

  • 75%: Support Shareholder Services teams, vendors, and clients

    • Focus on system access, availability, data transmission, and upgrades


  • 25%: Process improvement and project lifecycle management

    • Includes scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and analysis




PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve internal and vendor system issues impacting operations or clients
  • Manage client FTP setup, testing, updates, and transmission issues
  • Set up vendor/internal users across applications and banking portals
  • Troubleshoot vendor application login issues
  • Coordinate vendor hardware updates
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Mitigate operational and reporting risks
  • Lead ad hoc projects within Shareholder Services


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required
