Job Title: AI & Business Process Reimagination Consultant Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 2 Months (Possible Extension / Temp-to-Hire) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Business Process Reimagination Consultant with strong Business Analysis and AI expertise to drive immediate impact. This is a fast-paced, hands-on consulting role focused on identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiencies across business functions. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, quickly understand workflows, uncover pain points, and deploy practical AI solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Amazon Quick Suite. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with business teams to understand workflows, challenges, and operational gaps Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving efficiency and productivity Apply tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Quick Suite to solve real business problems Collaborate hands-on with stakeholders to design, test, and implement AI solutions Rapidly develop and iterate solutions based on feedback Support teams by executing ideas where bandwidth is limited Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Document solutions clearly to ensure scalability and adoption Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI tools in business environments Proven Business Analysis / Process Improvement experience Excellent listening and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex AI concepts Ability to quickly understand business processes and identify improvement areas Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Highly collaborative and execution-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with Amazon Quick Suite Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or Operations Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Workflow Design Experience driving AI adoption within business teams What Success Looks Like: AI solutions are successfully deployed and improving team efficiency Increased adoption and usage of AI tools across teams Business ideas are validated, implemented, or refined effectively Recognized as a trusted advisor delivering measurable results
