The Manager, Retail Branding Operations is responsible for leading the deployment, execution, and maintenance of branding initiatives across the company's fuel brand portfolio. This role ensures high quality, consistent brand execution at retail locations and serves as the critical link between brand strategy and field execution. The Manager oversees branding projects, manages vendor and contractor performance, and partners cross functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and external stakeholders to align branding objectives with broader corporate goals. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast paced, execution focused environment. Also responsible for assisting with the Mass Pike maintenance program and budget. What You'll Do:

#Gulf Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. <$101,920 - 152,880 per year> This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
