Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a full-time Senior Process/Mechanical Engineer to conduct construction document reviews and work on large-scale projects from planning to execution phases supporting Department of Energy (DOE) facilities. You will work onsite in Greenville, SC. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide technical direction to assigned engineers. * Conduct construction document reviews. * Plan, organize, and coordinate process/engineering team/design projects from inception to project startup. * Prepare and review calculations and specifications related to piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development. * Design mechanical systems and equipment. Generate and review design calculations and specifications. * Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. * 10 or more years of design, estimating, specification preparation, and construction documentation preparation. * US citizenship is required. * Working knowledge of federal (including DOE Orders), state, and local codes and standards applicable to engineering design. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: * Professional Engineer license preferred. | |
