What You'll Do: Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies Follow detailed instructions for wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing Use hand tools, torque tools, and basic production equipment Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards Support both repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience using hand tools, soldering irons, or light industrial equipment 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Commitment to learning and professional development Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
