Description Acara Solutions is partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing team in Rockford, TN to grow talent and build careers! Floor Assembly Operator Location: Rockford, TN Employment Type: Temporary (8 months) - High potential to convert to full-time Schedule: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (some Fridays required) Pay: $19.00 Hourly Why This Role Rocks: Step onto the floor of a cutting-edge manufacturing operation where your work matters! What You'll Be Doing: Perform semi-complex tasks in your area of specialization with moderate independence. Monitor processes and quickly identify deviations or inefficiencies. Take initiative to address routine manufacturing issues using standard procedures. Escalate more complex problems to higher-level personnel when necessary. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performing production floor. What Sets You Apart: Advanced skills such as soldering, testing, rework. Specialized skill training/certification may be needed. Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area.
