Acara Solutions is partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing team in Rockford, TN to grow talent and build careers! Floor Assembly Operator

Location: Rockford, TN
Employment Type: Temporary (8 months) - High potential to convert to full-time
Schedule: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (some Fridays required)
Pay: $19.00 Hourly

  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performing production floor.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Advanced skills such as soldering, testing, rework.
  • Specialized skill training/certification may be needed.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area.
