The Senior Project Manager leads complex ERP implementation projects up to $5M in value, delivering Infor CloudSuite M3 solutions that meet client business objectives within scope, schedule, and quality commitments. This role operates inside a high-performance consulting practice where project managers are expected to function as owners - not coordinators. The Senior PM partners directly with customers, consultants, solution architects, and program directors, carrying accountability for outcomes from contract through go-live. Success requires both the discipline to execute rigorous project governance and the credibility to lead difficult conversations with executive stakeholders. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Own project outcomes end-to-end - from initiation through post-go-live stabilization - including surfacing problems, proposing solutions, and driving resolution before being asked Lead every significant stakeholder conversation from the customer's business objective, not from scope and schedule Serve as the calm, communicative center during project complexity and crisis - proactive when conditions deteriorate, never reactive or silent Establish and manage project governance structures - steering committees, risk reviews, quality gates - with mitigation plays ready before risks materialize Deliver structured, insight-led communication to executive stakeholders; translate program complexity into business-oriented reporting that enables decisions Lead cross-functional consulting teams across geographies, developing team capability through coaching and mentorship - not just directing task completion Monitor and manage scope, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance with full accountability for outcomes, escalating with recommended paths forward - not just flags Basic Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading ERP or large-scale enterprise software implementations Demonstrated success managing customer-facing projects with executive-level stakeholder accountability Experience with project governance, scope management, and risk management practices Experience with communication, negotiation, and executive presence - comfortable in difficult conversations Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams in a consulting environment Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 implementations Familiarity with professional services delivery models and consulting economics Industry background in process manufacturing, distribution, or retail US Remote: Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
