We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll use Infor capabilities to identify, analyze, and significantly improve business processes-boosting efficiency, reducing costs, improving the employee experience, and eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy. You'll combine strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

A Day in the Life typically includes:

  • Process analysis & improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and root causes. Design and implement improvements that streamline operations, remove bureaucracy, and leverage AI where it can accelerate process redesign.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to understand process pain points and requirements. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather input, align priorities, and build consensus using existing frameworks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Experience in corporate operations, process improvement, or process design/optimization within an enterprise SaaS/cloud organization.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., value stream mapping, flow analysis) and root cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of change management and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment and facilitate discussions with both executives and working teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer, without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience in consulting and/or leading work in cross-functional environments.
