Patient Access Representative - Part Time

This position will be scheduled to work 2:00PM-9:30PM and does include every other weekend (subject to change). This is position will be located in the Emergency Department working closely with clinical teams and includes Unit Secretary duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arrange for the efficient and orderly registration of patients. To coordinate and maintain the flow of patient's, patient information and communications.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE:

Medical Terminology

Data entry

Multi-key phone

Verbal / written communication skills

Organized

Independent

2 years working with people

Able to work in a stressful/fast paced environment
