Description and Requirements
Lenovo is a global technology leader driving smarter technology for all. This role supports hiring across Lenovo's Intelligent Device Group (IDG) and Corporate Functions, partnering with teams that are advancing nextgeneration PCs, smart devices, and AIenabled experiences. The position plays a key role in attracting top talent to support Lenovo's innovation in intelligent computing and enterprise operations.
Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner include:
  • Recruit for defined skill sets across Corporate Functions and Intelligent Device Group roles, primarily aligned to established hiring needs and priorities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Support special projects and initiatives within the North America Talent Acquisition organization as assigned.
  • Proactively source candidates using applicant tracking system, Linked In, social media, employee referrals, and other standard sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.
  • Support offer creation and coordination, including standard compensation packages and relocation discussions, with guidance from senior TA partners or HR as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and TA colleagues to ensure alignment with North America hiring processes and policies.
  • Interact with candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Basic Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience recruiting for technology or professional services roles.
  • Exposure to supporting recruiting projects or initiatives.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in different regions or time zones.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to track recruiting activity and support basic reporting or metrics.
This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on business need and performance.
Pay range: $20-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work location: This role will be based onsite in either our Chicago, IL or Raleigh, NC offices. Lenovo operates on a 3/2 hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days virtual each week.
