The Salvation Army Midtown Services and Treatment Center is looking for a Intake Coordinator. This individual will perform the duties of completing intakes on incoming residents, maintain case files, obtain information from clients as needed, and maintain the data base, which includes client data entry, maintaining statistics for monthly reporting, gathering in house stats for number of meals, bed nights, community referrals, and other grant reporting obligations. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week with starting pay of $15-17 per hour depending on experiences. Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma with three years of experience working in social service agency or five years work experience without a diploma. Higher education in psychology, social work, criminal justice or other related field is a plus. Must be a team player, a self-starter, and perform well with minimum supervision. Good communication skills are essential, as well as an ability to work with diverse cultures. Computer skills are desirable. Physical and Working Conditions Must be able to perform the above essential duties. Most work will be indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. | |
