Champaign-Urbana Public Health District Administrative Assistant II - Dental Clinic The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for a full-time (40-hour week) for the Dental clinic. Are you a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with complex administrative responsibilities? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support our Child & Teen Dental Clinic. This role goes beyond front-desk functions, taking ownership of higher-level administrative processes such as insurance verification, managing patient communications, coordinating records and external paperwork, and actively monitoring and optimizing the clinic schedule. This position requires strong critical thinking, initiative, and accountability, as it plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing patient access to care. The expected hourly pay is $20.24. Full hourly pay for Class 4 Administrative Assistant II is $20.24 - $27.32 for a 40-hour week.
