Location: Erie, PA Start Date: April 2oth Contract: 4-5 Months Pay: $21/hr Our client is looking for motivated Onsite IT Support Technician with strong skills in Desktop Support, Imaging, Hardware, Troubleshooting, and Deployment to assist users onsite with IT related issues. Responsibilities * Provide frontline desktop support for end users * Perform PC imaging and reimaging for largescale rollout * Handle hardware installation, replacement, and configuration * Conduct basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues * Support deployment of upgraded devices across assigned sites * Maintain accurate documentation and escalate issues as needed Qualifications * Experience with Windows imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.) * Solid understanding of PC hardware components * Ability to follow structured support and troubleshooting procedures * Prior experience in a hospital or doctor's office is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Erie, PA.
