A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Agentic AI Analytics Intern at Tandem are also responsible for:

• Support the design and experimentation of agentic analytics workflows, including automated insights, anomaly detection, and dashboard generation.

• Assist in documenting current-state analytics processes and identifying opportunities for automation or agent-based augmentation.

• Develop agent skills in Databricks to automate common workflows.

• Setup integrations with common analytics tools.

• Test and validate agentic systems and workflows.

• Contribute to best-practice documentation for trustworthy, interpretable, and scalable agentic analytics.

• Ensures compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.

WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

Hybrid: This role will be a mix of in-office work at our corporate headquarters in Del Mar, CA and remote work. This position is expected to be in office 2 days per week but may vary depending on business demands.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Excitement about applying agentic development.

• Strong analytical thinker.

• Programming knowledge in relevant languages such as SQL and Python.

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills appropriate for technical discussions.

EXTRA AWESOME:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Bachelor's degree program in Data Science Computer Science or a related field.

• Intern experience in related environment, preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting base pay range for this position is $30-$41 per hour. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.

Please note that is a temporary position. As a temporary employee you will be employed through a staff agency partner. Benefits during your temporary assignment may be provided by the staffing agency. Access to Tandem sponsored benefits is contingent upon conversion from temporary to regular full-time status. Conversion is determined based upon business need and job performance.
