Residents gain progressive responsibility in direct patient care, drug therapy management, and pharmacy practice management while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Through structured training and mentorship, residents strengthen critical thinking, clinical judgment, communication, and professional values, preparing them for independent practice and longterm career success in diverse pharmacy settings while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and ethical practice. Qualifications: Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. New Mexico Board of Pharmacy License required within one year of hire. Less than one year experience in pharmacy practice.
