Job Title: Grounds keeper/Maintenance Worker/Laborer (Direct Hire) Duration: Contract 6 Months Location: Higginsville MO Payrate : $15.50/hr. on W2 (without benefits) Must have: Grounds maintenance experience. General laborer skills. Job Description: General laborer skills- Grounds maintenance work (Mowing, edging, debris removal, etc. as well as helping with headstone alignment. Additional duties as assigned.) Mows lawns and trims grass around walks, flower beds, and walls Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth Removes damaged leaves, branches, and twigs using mowers, tractors, and other hand and power tools Collects and disposes of outside trash and garbage Provides proper upkeep of hard surfaces, storm drains, and other grounds features Lays out and tends flower beds and other decorative vegetation
