• Previous prototype experience is desired and/or a high willingness to learn.
• Possess the ability/desire to learn how to operate equipment. This includes but is not limited to ultra-sonic bonders, die cutting equipment, embossing equipment, heat sealing equipment, scales, sewing machines, cameras, lighting, and printers.

Position Summary: Individuals are responsible for creating tangible prototypes that can be tested and refined. This role requires a blend of creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create prototypes using various materials, equipment, and hand tools with guidance from advanced prototypers and/or product designers and engineers. Prototypes may take the form of photo, video, boards, non-functional product, functional product, package, or kits.
• Adapt prototyping techniques to bring new ideas to life. Gather feedback to refine prototypes and ensure they meet user needs & design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and iterate on prototypes based on feedback.
• Support leadership events through display and content creation including set-up and takedown of event displays.
