Position Overview: This role is key to building Benchmark's workforce across both Minnesota sites and providing scalable US support-directly helping advance a purpose-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Support both MN sites (Rochester & Winona) with direct labor/manufacturing hiring, career fairs, campus engagement, and scalable sourcing
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Plans, attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Source and refer eligible candidates to the Hiring Manager and manage the interview and hiring process.
  • Lead the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with recruitment agencies and representatives to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Other information:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and technology skills (ATS/social media)
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgement and professionalism
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of Social Media sites (LinkedIn, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience as approved by management.

Location: Hybrid - Rochester or Winona, MN. Required to travel to both Rochester and Winona locations to meet and support onsite stakeholders and events.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation Range: $71,678.000 to $82,000 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.

Benefits and Other Compensation: Benchmark provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a Bonus Plan, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, all based on scheduled hours. Benchmark complies with applicable state and local employee leave laws.
