Position Description:
Perform data entry and processing for multiple Wrap-Up insurance program clients within Turner Surety & Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (TSIB) Wrap-Up Administration team. Receive, review, and accurately enter client enrollment, payroll, and coverage data from multiple sources into Wrap-Up administration systems. Maintain data integrity, resolve reporting discrepancies, and support timely program administration through consistent communication with wrap-up participants, subcontractors, and insurance stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive client data documents from various sources, including email, internet portals, fax, and regular mail, and prioritize processing to meet client deadlines.
2. Review and process information contained in client data documents by entering data into Wrap-Up administration systems quickly and accurately.
3. Maintain all required backup files, both electronic and hard copy, in accordance with TSIB document retention procedures.
4. Perform periodic reviews of entered data to identify and correct errors, ensure consistency, and maintain data quality standards.
5. Maintain organized files of client correspondence and documents received, both electronic and hard copy, for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
6. Contact wrap-up participants, including clients, subcontractors, insurance agents, and brokers by phone or email to resolve delinquent reporting, missing documentation, or other compliance issues.
7. Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on enrollment, payroll, and coverage data to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to system entry and client reporting.
8. Generate standard reports and dashboards from Wrap-Up administration systems to support program monitoring, client deliverables, and internal team review.
9. Support subcontractor enrollment and compliance activities by verifying insurance documentation, certificates of insurance, and program eligibility requirements.
10. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range 69,600 - 73,000


  • Qualifications:
    1. High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field of study preferred, with minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance, risk management, or insurance data processing, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    2. Proficient computer skills with strong data entry skills and in Microsoft Office suite of applications, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
    3. Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent active listening skills and able to ask relevant questions for clarity, and follow-through on commitments
    4. Ability to maintain high data entry accuracy and meet production volume standards in a fast-paced environment
    5. Ability to manage concurrent priorities with time-management skills, and ability to ask for work prioritization
    6. Sensitivity and ability to handle confidential materials and information appropriately
    7. Team player with ability to work collaboratively with department staff, clients, and vendors
    8. Professional verbal and written communication skills
    9. Limited travel
