Position Overview
| Primary Purpose of Position |
Enter and update constituent biographical data including names, addresses, phone and email addresses, employment information, and relationships. Process updates received through returned mail, event registration, internal requests and external data sources. Maintain accurate and standardized constituent records in accordance with established data entry protocols.

Performs high-volume data entry, record updates, and duplicate resolution while adhering to institutional data standards and advancement data governance policies. The role supports the operational needs of Gift Services and collaborates with Advancement staff to maintain reliable constituent information for fundraising and reporting purposes. |
