Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Duration: Direct Hire Location: Kent WA Payrate Range: $31.15 - $44.70/hr. on w2 with benefits (Based on Experience) Shift: 2^nd 2:30pm - 11pm (Mon-Fri) Note: Must have forklift certification. Do you have experience in CNC, PLC (Program Logic Computer), X-Ray. Must be comfortable in working 2nd shift. Do you have experience working in Aerospace Industry. Role & Responsibilities: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of production and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with production teams to support continuous operation. The Maintenance Mechanic will work hands-on with a variety of machinery. Install, repair and maintain production manufacturing equipment. Inspect equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties, per manufacturer's specifications. Diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments efficiently. Use hand and power tools as required. Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures. Qualifications: 2-4 years of mechanic experience. High School Diploma.
