The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for BOK Financial will be responsible for driving innovative, results-oriented marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, accelerate revenue growth, and position us as a leader in the financial services sector. The CMO will lead all aspects of marketing, spanning brand management, creative direction, digital transformation, and integrated marketing campaigns, with a sharp focus on expanding our retail customer base across lines of business and markets. In addition, the CMO will also lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to protect and enhance the company's brand, reputation, and navigate stakeholder engagement by overseeing all internal and external communications. This role will provide visionary leadership across media relations, executive communications, crisis management, employee engagement, and digital channels within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business and 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications with at least 5 years at the senior level in financial services of similarly complex industries or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
