About the role

As an Associate Tech you will complete all lab ordersassignedwithin thenormalshiftschedule.Understand andcomply withallInsight ISOPoliciesandProcedures.Follow and sign off onwork instructionsonce work effort iscomplete. Submit signed work instructionsto their manager.Each person is accountable for meeting and\orexceeding individual team goals. Along the way, you will get to:

• Verify/Count all parts and QTYslisted on eachpick listorderbefore placing on the bench.
• Continuously checkERPsystemto systematically unpack the order.
• Follow work instructionstocompletion.
• Notify their managerimmediatelyof anynon-conformingproduct and\or discrepanciesinworkinstructions.

What we're looking for

• High School Education or equivalent.

• The ability to work in ahigh-volumeproduction environment

• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills

• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints withina timelyfashion
