Human Resources Business Partner - Global Operations
Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a meaningful role in enabling the transformation and sustained performance of Global Operations, supporting a complex, multisite, and globally distributed organization. This role partners with senior Operations leaders to identify, develop and deploy talent strategies in a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment. Talent is the biggest priority for this role. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, translating business strategy into pragmatic, peoplecentered solutions across talent, organization design, change management, and workforce planning. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence leaders through periods of transformation, integration, and operational change. Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals, focusing on future capabilities required for an Operations operating model.
