Purpose of the Job

As the Senior Manager for Activations & Engagements within the newly formed Health & Home pillar of the Platforms & Devices team, you will act as the essential bridge between innovative hardware and the physical spaces where they live. You will architect how our client's brand shows up in consumer culture by leading end-to-end strategies for major cultural moments. This role requires a blend of operational process building and executing high-impact, immersive experiences and brand partnerships that drive preference and bring the magic of our client's technology to life through global, real-world touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership:
Architect the Blueprint: Lead the end-to-end strategy and management of new, large-scale brand partnerships with major cultural entities in the wellness, fitness, and smart-home spaces.
360-Degree GTM Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration across paid media, social, CRM, and retail.
Strategic Briefing: Author original strategic briefs that define campaign objectives and KPIs for a newly established target audience.
Experiential Marketing & Cultural Activations:
Spearhead the ideation, development, and execution of immersive, in-person brand activations at major cultural events that align with brand moments and partnership priorities
Oversee all aspects of event production, from creative concepting and venue management to VIP guest list curation, on-site programming, and logistics.
Brief and manage creative and experiential agencies to develop and deliver compelling, best-in-class consumer experiences.
Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership:
Experience in stakeholder management, campaign development and activation, opportunity analysis and recommendation, creative feedback and agency management
Serve as the central point of contact for cultural marketing programs, driving alignment across a wide range of internal teams including Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, PR, Social, Legal, YouTube, and senior leadership.
Lead relationships with multiple external agency partners, guiding them from creative ideation to flawless execution and post-campaign analysis.
Prepare and present strategic plans, creative concepts, and campaign results to executive stakeholders to gain alignment and report on progress.
Sales Integration, Operations & Measurement:
Collaborate with sales and 1P + 3P retail partners to develop integrated programs that extend partnership impact and drive significant sales lift.
Define and implement measurement strategies, utilizing brand lift surveys, social sentiment analysis, and performance data to create comprehensive wrap-up reports and inform future strategy.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
12+ years of experience leading complex, multi-year partnerships with major sports leagues or entertainment properties.
Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale, 360-degree marketing campaigns and experiential activations from strategy through measurement.
Expertise in managing relationships with creative and production agencies, talent, and influencers.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and how to integrate brand initiatives with sales, retail, and partner marketing channels.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align a wide range of teams and executive stakeholders.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for creative detail.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement, including brand lift studies, ROI analysis, and budget management.
A deep passion for and understanding of cultural trends, particularly in sports, music, and entertainment.
